Bp’s customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, using technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. This is an exciting time to join bp and the customers & products BTC.

Job Brief!

The Fleet Data Analyst – Hospitality will build and maintain reporting for Full service restaurants, Quick service restaurants, ORD Warehouses and Special Amenities for TA. We are looking to fill the position with an authority, versatile and dedicated professional who will is responsible for running reports to assist operations in running these business areas.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Use excel to run daily, weekly and monthly sales, margin and inventory reports for the Full Service Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants to send to the leadership and operations teams.
  • Use excel to build monthly financial reports to send to select quick service brands, like Starbucks.
  • Use SAP Business Objects to schedule and send weekly or monthly financial reports to select vendors in our Store business.
  • Update PowerBI to measure Special Amenities programs, included Reserved Parking, Showers, Wireless services, Lottery, etc.
  • Update PowerBI for the Hospitality Dashboard which provides year-over-year comparisons for the business.
  • Work with the Fleet Data Advisor – Hospitality to edit existing reports or run new ones as requested.
  • Provide reports to the marketing group on redemptions of loyalty program coupons in the hospitality area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with consistent outstanding academic record
  • 2+ years of data and analytics experience
  • Shown functional knowledge of visualization tools including, but not limited to, PowerBI, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), with experience in SQL, R and Python a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with solid skills in Microsoft Excel
  • A positive, team first demeanour that is exhibited every day as a role model for the entire company
