Job Description
- Management of country processes in talent management, leadership, and associate development
- Designing associate training/development and leadership programs
- Coordinating internal mentoring and internal coaching processes
- Coordinating Impact (Employee Experience) surveys across locations
- Coordinating performance management process
- Coordinating strategic workforce planning process
- Conducting BMS (Bosch Management Support) process for retired Bosch associates
- Preparing and following HR country policies and regulations in area of responsibility
- Analyzing market trends and conducting research in innovative HR initiations
- Adapting global HR perspectives and best practices into country practices
- Leading country wide HR projects and initiatives in line with business strategy with both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in HR
- Very good organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills / Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
- Ability to proactively understanding and anticipating stakeholder and internal customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
