In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in the service lanes.
Your responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly greet guest entering the service lanes
- Wow customers with an unmatched level of customer service!
- Cash out guest from the lane in a timely manner
- Actively deliver the guest their vehicle
- Speak directly with customer to assist with all inquiries, issues and offer additional services
REQUIREMENTS:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and self sufficient
- Proficiency with technology
- Drive to succeed customer expectations
- Excellent organizational skills
