Job Summary:

As a Porter/Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in supporting the service departments by maintaining the dealership lot and transporting customers to and from designated locations. You will provide an excellent customer service experience, ensuring that vehicles are well-presented, and that customers are safely transported in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customers to and from service appointments.
• Move vehicles on the dealership lot to maintain an organized display and ensure efficient use of space.
• Assist with the preparation of vehicles for customer delivery.
• Keep the dealership lot and exterior clean and organized, ensuring a professional appearance.
• Help with general lot management, including vehicle staging and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic laws while driving, ensuring a safe experience for customers.

Hour:

• Hours of operation:

Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a driving or customer service role is a plus.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, including cleaning and organizing vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to drive vehicles in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform minor vehicle upkeep tasks.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to clean or check vehicles.
