Position: Front Office Representative

Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of front office tasks. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process to ensure it is efficient and guest-friendly.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front office area, ensuring all materials and supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or front office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, computer software, and booking systems; proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent service to guests.
