Primary Responsibility:

Actively engage in recruiting activities, screening, and interviewing candidates. Interact energetically with candidates to identify potential fits for open positions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Convince and communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Accountabilities:

Qualifications:

• Any UG/PG qualification.
• Freshers are preferred.
• Strong English communication and convincing skills are essential.
• Must be familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Must be energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.
• Open to working in night shifts (No Cab Facility).

Additional Details:

• This is an in-office position; WFH is not available.
• Successful candidates may secure a permanent role post-training, depending on performance.
