Data Analyst

Reporting to the CFO, this person is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights and generate reports that inform business decisions, utilizing skills in data visualization, statistical analysis, and programming languages like SQL and Python to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – 75,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Data collection and sourcing: Gathering data from various internal and external sources, including databases, APIs, and web scraping.
• Data cleaning and preparation: Identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing data to ensure data quality.
• Data analysis: Performing statistical analysis, trend identification, and pattern recognition using appropriate techniques.
• Data visualization: Creating clear and compelling visual representations of data insights using charts, graphs, and dashboards to facilitate understanding.
• Reporting and presentation: Developing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders, including management teams.
• Database management: Maintaining and updating databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, interpret results, and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Ability to use programs like Python, R, or Stata for data analysis and modeling
• Data visualization skills using Tableau or PowerBI

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
