Role Purpose: The Rotational Analyst Program is designed to equip you with the essential skills to excel across various departments within Monarch. Through hands-on assignments and in-depth training, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations while developing critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Rotation Schedule

• Training: Develop foundational skills and understanding of Monarch’s processes.
• On-Site Experience: Immerse yourself in one of our apartment communities for up to three months with free housing provided.
• Accounting: Gain exposure to financial processes and reporting.
• Corporate Services/Database and Reporting: Learn how data drives decisions and reporting across the organization.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze strategies and campaigns.
• Project Analyst: Work directly with an Asset team on key initiatives and special projects to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for real estate investment and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (Intermediate to Advanced skills).
• Flexibility to relocate and reside in one of our apartment communities for up to three months (free housing provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $58,000 – $65,000 annually.
