Job Description
With an exciting line-up of new and returning events, we are rapidly expanding our team to support our growing calendar. As we scale, we are looking for energetic partnership marketing professionals to support multiple events and properties, enhance our efforts, and drive success in a competitive and dynamic industry where your partnership marketing skills can make a real impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership marketing campaigns that align to business goals and objectives
- Nurture strategic partnerships with external brand partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand/event visibility and reach
- Manage communications strategies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partnership channels
- Together with relevant members of the Commercial team, work with the Marketing team and other departments to workshop collaboration opportunities that achieve the strategic objectives of potential partners objectives and our commercial goals, and develop visually compelling and commercially strategic partnership decks to pitch these concepts
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and partner activations to support the identification of new partner opportunities
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of partnership marketing initiatives including the development of marketing collateral and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Contribute to the overall partnerships strategy and operational processes, working closely with the team to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Handle ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by managers
Requirements
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional strategic English copywriting skills (written and spoken Traditional Chinese will be a benefit)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A keen eye for detail and proactive organisational skills
- Competency in Client Management, Project Management, and Strategic Marketing
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Flexibility to work outside of office hours to support events as required
- 3-5 years of experience – candidates with slightly more or less experience may be considered for selected roles
