Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Commercial General Superintendent, where your leadership and construction expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial projects. As General Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all field projects, managing multiple direct reports, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Project Execution – Ensure that projects are fully Supported with needs, facilitate subcontractor accountability, manage budget, quality, and schedule, ETC.
  • Safety and Quality Control – Promote safe work practices, ensure adherence to quality standards, verify with regularity that our standards are met in the field per legal regulation, utilize the support of the safety director, ETC.
  • Training and Development – Ensure continuous training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities for field personnel, monitor performance and conducting appraisals, ETC.
  • Labor and Resource Management – Monitor labor costs, projections, and resource allocation; recommend additional personnel when needed; and ensure efficient management of self-perform work and field equipment, ETC.
  • Documentation and Project Close-Out – Oversee the timely completion of project close-out requirements, ensuring proper documentation (e.g., as-builts, punch-lists) and readiness for final meetings, ETC.

Fundamental Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in a commercial construction environment.
  • Lead work teams and partners toward building excellence and mutually beneficial results.
  • Collaborate and manage multiple jobs, subcontractors, and project deadlines with key milestones effectively.
  • Competency and diligence with project software tools and reporting updates.
