Job Purpose:
The Human Capital Specialist is responsible for supporting various human capital functions, including operations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance and total rewards management, and organizational development. The role ensures compliance with human capital policies, contributes to organizational goals, and fosters a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and supporting onboarding
- Help with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and talent pool management
- Support training programs, career development plans, and employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to performance appraisals, KPI setting, and managing rewards programs
- Assist in job analyses, policy updates, and workforce planning
- Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor in a comprehensive and accurate manner
