Position Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for headquarter and retail operations both locally and globally.
  • Collaborate with retail operations to tailor strategies for different roles and geographies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (hiring managers, agencies, etc.) to fulfill talent needs.
  • Assist in talent mapping by identifying potential candidates for key roles and maintaining records of high-potential talent in a centralized database.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and manage on the recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company, engage with potential candidates, and be company’s ambassador.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to regular data reporting and trackers to maintain reliability and support informed decision-making.
  • Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time-to-time.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year’ proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
