Warehouse Admin

• 2+ years of experienced in similar positions is preferred
• A background in manufacture is preferred
• Discipline, agile, adaptive, and hardworking
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Communicative and able to demonstrate good teamwork
• Knowledge of FIFO storage method
• Able to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Able to demonstrate the practices of ISO 9001, 5S, and Kaizen
• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the inbound process, cycle counts, and warehouse-related purchase requests
• Ensuring high stock accuracy between the warehouse inventory and the system records
• Ensuring raw materials are delivered to the production floor in a timely manner
• Preparing of regarding inventory levels
• Responsible for implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and other activities related to continuous improvement
