Our technology will have massive implications to the Oil & Gas, Maritime, Industry 4.0, and Transport segments, particularly for the management and tracking of assets in remote and rural areas and extending 5G coverage through non-terrestrial networks.
As a Recruitment Trainee, you will be assisting the HR department mainly with the recruitment part, but also with other aspects of the job.
Tasks
- Assist in writing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
- Post job vacancies on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Review and screen incoming resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Share screening questions with candidates to make sure they meet certain requirements and follow up with the management concerning their answers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between the candidates and team members.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including follow-ups and rejection notices.
- Update and maintain the recruitment database with candidate information and application status.
- Assist the operations department with daily tasks.
- Any other tasks that the Company may require.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to change in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- IMPORTANT: Already a resident in Europe or has European visa
