Responsibilities
- Prepares electronic documents for validation in a quality manner in accordance with documented policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Validates document images for image quality and associated data.
- Provides backup support as needed for electronic mail distribution functions.
- Places orders for items to be retrieved from external vendors using web-based system.
- Imports various types of requests (e-mail, web, fax, bank lockbox exceptions) into imaging and workflow systems for distribution to the applicable business areas.
- Assists in monitoring and resolving imaging system workflow errors.
- May support all aspects of electronic policy assembly process ensuring utmost image quality.
- Adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Achieves production, performance and quality standards
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to quickly learn multiple systems and processes.
- Proactive approach to problem identification (asking questions and looking beyond the obvious).
- Must exhibit excellent attention to detail to ensure quality assurance.
- Capacity to maintain a professional demeanor and approach in both behavior and communications with team members and internal customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be organized and exhibit a sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write effective communications for group distribution.
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows.
- Imaging and workflow systems experience a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate fluid and proficient typing skills.
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among various responsibilities.
- Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement.
Education
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent or equivalent Required and
- College degree Preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience Required and
- Prior experience with imaging and workflow systems Preferred
Base Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,00
