Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strategic relationship with top 100 retail and ecommerce brands from Turkey with minimum annual revenue of $50Million.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Retail Cross-border Commerce division.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and product enhancement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail cross-border commerce dynamics and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a resualts-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
