Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and Other Business Units: Assess data requirements and translate those needs into actionable insights to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and Interpret HR-Related Data: Identify trends and insights that inform business decisions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business and market context to create targeted data analyses that address specific challenges.
  • Develop Self-Service Data Solutions: Create dashboards and other tools to enhance the speed and effectiveness of the decision-making process.
  • Generate Insights for Stakeholders: Support stakeholders in the decision-making process by applying technical skills and leveraging appropriate technologies.
  • Identify Opportunities for Continuous Improvement: Leverage data analytics to propose optimizations in HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Implement best practices in data governance and management to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Foster a Data-Driven Culture: Empower colleagues within the HR team to effectively utilize analytical insights in their daily tasks, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR environment.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytical techniques.
  • Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Python programming for data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data translation techniques.
  • Strong data visualization construction skills and UX knowledge.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate data findings.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset in a dynamic work environment, with a strong attitude toward teamwork.
