The position

This is a support role wherein you will be responsible for assisting individuals on a small team in a variety of administrative capacities. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Customer Success team in a variety of ways such as:

  • Managing project activities
  • Building out audience segments
  • Drafting strategic recommendations
  • Email correspondence with clients
  • Various other administrative duties within the CRM platform and PostPilot product.

This is a full-time remote position with up to 10% travel required (Client conferences, networking events and company team-building trips.)
