- Knowledge of adolescent development and experience with leading teens.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, overseeing, supporting, retaining, and leading talented, diverse, and mission-aligned faculty and staff.
- Understanding of best practices in enrollment management.
- Strong business sense to maximize resources.
This position demands high personal enthusiasm, flexibility, and resiliency, including a strong internal drive in day-to-day activities. A strong candidate will be gifted with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with inspiration, clarity, and decisiveness, both in writing and in person, whether one-on-one or on stage. Demonstration of a collaborative leadership style built on approachability, responsiveness, humility, and transparency is highly valued.
