LENDING PRODUCT COORDINATOR (JEPARA)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Having experience minimum 2 years in Banking Industry (Lending Product)
• Good in Communication
• Strong understanding of lending processes, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with digital lending platforms and fintech solutions is a plus
• Placement: Jepara (Central Java)

Responsibilities

• Provides advice to retail banking customers
• Sell unsecured personal loans (Kredit Tanpa Agunan)
• Implements and administers sales and distribution programs
• Closes sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization’s business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance, profitability, and competitiveness of our lending portfolio
