An established International Business in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the leadership team, you will provide data analysis and financial insights that enable better decision-making and profitable growth.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Oversee financial reporting, including budgets, variance analysis, and statutory compliance.
- Streamline financial and ERP systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide strategic advice on cash flow, debt management, and cost analysis.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment with 3 direct reports.
