Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in hardware, software, and networking.
  • Perform routine system and hardware maintenance.
  • Assist non-technical users by explaining IT concepts in simple terms.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
  • High school diploma in IT or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
  • Proficiency with major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Basic knowledge of networking, hardware maintenance, and software applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Sinhala and English (both languages required).
