About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to help us scale our engineering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates for various engineering positions. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to identify, engage, and assess top talent.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 2+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure specialists) in a talent-dense organization
- Demonstrate expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques
- Show proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and prioritize across different roles
- Excel at communication, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal teams

- Leverage data to measure and improve sourcing effectiveness
