Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle air ticketing inquiries and bookings for clients
  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and availability
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable flight options based on their preferences and budget
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing service
  • Issue and modify air tickets according to clients’ requirements
  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations and ticketing policies
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to ticketing
  • Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions and financial data
  • Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and changes in ticketing procedures
