Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Student Service Officer Telecaller to join our team at Aakash Educational Services Limited. This full-time position is based in several locations including Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Thanjavur, Udupi, Vijayawada, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The candidate will play a key role in assisting students over the phone, guiding them through Aakash’s offerings, and enhancing their educational journey.

  • Provide guidance and support to students in their test preparation journey, emphasizing Aakash’s offerings.
  • Assist in the enrollment process by providing accurate information and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the student services team to enhance service quality and student satisfaction continuously.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions for future reference and follow-up.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest programs and services offered by Aakash.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions for better student interactions.
  • Engage in regular performance evaluations to meet personal and team objectives, aligned with Aakash’s ‘Student First’ approach.
