Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur on a full-time basis. This junior-level position is pivotal in driving business growth by facilitating effective communication and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience and a strong skill set in sales and customer engagement. Roles And Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through prospecting and research, expanding GetePay’s client base across various sectors.
- Engage prospective customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels to understand and address their needs.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of GetePay’s platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking engagement and sales activities.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction with GetePay’s digital solutions.
- Regularly report on sales activity and pipeline status to management, identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.
