Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm | Fridays 9am – 3pm

What Youll Do

As an Client Onboarding Specialist, youll be the friendly face and voice helping new clients complete their onboarding journey. Your work will ensure our clients start their experience with confidence and ease.

• Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps.
• File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce.
• Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly.
• Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success.

What You Bring

• Organization Rockstar: Youre great at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Team Spirit: You collaborate well with others but can also work independently.
• People Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite is a must!
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and focus on results.
