Job Description
The Corporate Services Division provides a range of high-level services and support for QRA to achieve its strategic priorities.
The Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Information Services Team is responsible for the design, operation, security and management of QRA’s information and communications infrastructure, electronic assets, databases, systems support and management of associated contracts.
You will be working in the Application team, reporting to the Development Program Manager.
Required
Reporting to the Development Program Manager, this role will be required to work with the Applications team and other QRA stakeholders to:
- Identify and document business and functional requirements, workflows, system design specifications, service design documentation through a range of structured research and analysis techniques, including but not limited to, facilitated workshops, surveys, and stakeholder meetings.
- Elaborate business and software requirements including user stories and specifications required to support the delivery of the products or changing features.
- Participate in a multi-disciplinary professional team, undertake tasks and contribute to deliverables to support the specific scope and objectives of QRA projects.
- Review and analyse business process models as required using approved methods and tools and communicate to the stakeholders on how they align with the features being delivered by the teams.
- Research and prepare reports, briefing materials, training material and correspondence for internal key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and information sessions to customers and other staff in relation to project activities and new solutions.
- Contribute to the analysis of Production Support requests.
- Provide regular updates to Development Program Manager and other team member on the status of activities including contributing and providing advice on how any challenging issues may be resolved.
- Actively participate as a member of the delivery teams including contributing at all agile ceremonies and divisional team meetings as required.
- Work within a team of technical professionals with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and report issues and risks.
- Undertake tasks as required, as a member of a cross-functional team, to support the regular delivery of new and changing functionality to the users. This includes but is not limited to documentation, training, and training material.
