About The Position
- Job Title:** RN Clinical Nurse **Profession:** Registered Nurse **Specialty:** Inpatient **Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night **Hours per Shift:** 12 hours **Experience:** Less than 1 year required **License:** Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN – Multi-state Compact **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, NIHSS **Must-Have:** Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred **Description:** The RN Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They must practice within the guidelines of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and uphold the standards set by the American Nurses Association. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the Nursing Process, providing relationship-based patient-centered care, promoting evidence-based practice and research, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong critical thinking abilities. Additionally, they must hold a valid RN license and maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Applicants with less than 1 year of direct patient care experience will be considered, with completion of an accredited nursing program required.
