- Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience **License:** RN License **Certifications:** Required **Must-Have:** Advanced skills **Job Description:** – Work on a unit with 33 beds, maintaining a nurse to patient ratio of 6:1 during the day and 7:1 during the night. – Collaborate with 3 techs per shift and unit secretaries during day shifts. – Utilize equipment such as IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs. – Document patient information using the Meditech system. – Required to work every other weekend. – Ability to float in rotation to other appropriate areas when needed. – Ensure adherence to hospital-specific patient experience requirements. – Follow dress code as per unit guidelines. – Benefit from a team with a history of awards and recognition. – Opportunity to work with new equipment and technology. – Part of a team with experienced and tenured staff.
