2. User Support and Training: 3. Operations Support:
- ERP System Management:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system to align with company operations.
- Ensure data integrity and high availability of the system at all times.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and controls related to system use and management.
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on the ERP system’s functionality and best practices.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and manuals to ensure users are informed and empowered to use the system efficiently.
- Manage inbound customer requests and verify space availability based on customer contracts.
- Handle daily outbound customer orders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any order-related issues.
- Process inbound and outbound orders in both the ERP system and Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth order processing.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track the end-to-end order cycle to ensure proper execution and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience
