• Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg **Job Specialty:** Med Surg **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 19:00-07:00 **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **License:** RN License **Certifications:** **Must-Have:** Advanced skills in Med Surg **Job Description:** – Provide direct patient care in a 33-bed unit with a focus on maintaining a 7:1 patient ratio during night shifts. – Utilize medical equipment such as IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs efficiently and safely. – Document patient information accurately using the Meditech system. – Collaborate with a team comprising unit secretaries and 3 techs per shift. – Adhere to a rotating floating policy to support other appropriate areas when required. – Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the required dress code. – Ensure patient care aligns with unit-specific guidelines and hospital policies. – Participate in every other weekend scheduling as part of the staffing requirements. – Enhance patient experience by delivering high-quality care and ensuring a positive hospital stay. – Join a supportive and experienced team recognized for their excellence and contribution to patient care.
