Medical Coder | Night Shift | Work From Home

Position: Medical Coder (Home Health)

Location: Harton Corporate Center, Paranaque City

Work Set-up & Shift: Work From Home & Night Shift

Your Role

• Assist in medical coding for Home Health visits.
• Carefully analyze patients’ charts to assign accurate codes.
• Sequencing codes according to government and insurance and home health agency regulations.
• Reviewing OASIS and documentation for code assignments.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers and/or other clinical staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical documentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Required: At least 2-3 years of experience in Home Health coding.
• Knowledgeable in different coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT etc.)
• Experience in using Homecare Homebase EMR system.
• Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
• Amenable to Work From Home.
