About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Build Johnie Walker as the luxury whisky brand in China:
- Work with line manager to set strategies and annual Marketing Business Plan for Johnie Walker in China, set the brand positioning, pulling in inputs cross-functionally as needed.
- Hold the accountability for a range of marketing activities after MBP aligned, localize and adapt global growth drivers, or develop new local growth drivers as required, including new product launch, PR & Digital activation, KOL engagement, partnership and sponsorships, BTL activation and consumer promotion, oversee execution in partnership with sales.
- Track competitive activities (e.g. PR & digital activation, competitive brand health, new brands/innovations, new brand communications initiatives) and understand competition at market level, and identify opportunities and challenges for action.
- Be the Global Brand team contact window, in charge of localization of global assets, and be the gatekeeper of brand assets usage in different channels.
- Work with cross function teams including category team, customer marketing team (regional and central), innovation, e-commerce, to develop growth drivers and brand assets to seize different sales opportunity
Experience/ Skills Required
- Relevant experience in brand management/ market tier /customer marketing/trade marketing, global/regional lens would be a plus.
- Experienced in end-to-end brand management, including consumer insight generation; data analysis; campaign design, planning and execution; budget management.
- Financial knowledge on P&L and value chain.
- Team sprits and interpersonal skills to work with/influence internal& external stakeholder.
- Self-motivation and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’ accountability.
- Chinese native, with excellent English in both written and spoken.
