Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical – Float Pool Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 12 Hours Guaranteed Hours: [Information Not Provided] Experience: [Information Not Provided] License: IA or Compact License required Certifications: [Information Not Provided] Must-Have: Must be comfortable working in a float pool role Job Description: – Engage in a float pool role providing support to various areas, including ED, ICU, 3-SSU, 4C, 4W, 5C, Rehab, and 6C. – Handle common diagnoses and treatments associated with a float pool position. – Work every fourth weekend as part of the shift requirements. – Utilize EPIC charting systems for patient documentation. – Adhere to scrub color guidelines: Black, Caribbean Blue, Light Blue, Navy Blue. – Be prepared to assist with special procedures. – Maintain a patient-centered approach with a varying nurse-to-patient ratio.
