Roles & Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, you will:
- Battery Assembly: Assemble lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in the production process.
- Quality Control: Perform inspections and tests on battery packs to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving production processes and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Component Handling: Safely handle and work with various battery components, including cells, modules, and wiring, according to engineering specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the assembly process.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, complete reports, and ensure all work is logged in accordance with company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering, R&D, and quality control teams to align on production requirements and goals.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, or a related field.
- Experience in production or assembly, preferably in the electronics or battery industry.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
