Job Responsibilities
- Development of project plan and schedule
- Create initial Budgeting for minor projects group
- Coordination with functions like Operations and maintenance for project related activities
- Interaction with external service providers
- Conduct Performance monitoring and reporting of progress to management
- Assist maintenance group for maintainability studies
- Quality execution of project activities as per plan
- Maintaining records and documentation for project management activities
- Quality assurance of spares with tests and inspection records
- Responsible for handing over successfully completed minor projects
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Interaction with JEC/Engineering.
- Interaction with Procurement group.
- Maintaining IMS documents
- Ensure compliance of CSM & quality assurance
- Strict adherence to DEP’s.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and reports, closure of transaction & quality in project execution
- Ensure the project is contained within the approved budget.
