Key Responsibilities
- Deliver teletherapy services to pediatric clients, employing art therapy techniques to achieve therapeutic objectives.
- Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient needs and progress.
- Create personalized therapeutic interventions aligned with each patient’s unique goals and requirements.
- Design and implement art therapy programs for diverse groups and communities.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient conditions, care strategies, therapy sessions, and advancements.
- Communicate patient progress to caregivers, educators, medical professionals, and insurance representatives as necessary.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations governing therapy practices.
- Sustain current state and national licenses.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication abilities in both verbal and written forms.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including computers, PowerPoint, Zoom, and healthcare databases.
- Competence in conducting teletherapy assessments effectively.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A valid LPC or LPCC license, supplemented by certification as an Art Therapist (ATR) or Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) from the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB).
- A state-issued license is required where applicable.
- At least one year of preferred experience in teletherapy, with a focus on working with children as an Art Therapist.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting compensation at $57 per hour.
- Paid administrative time and indirect hours based on your caseload.
- For W2 employees: 401(k) retirement plan, 9 paid bank holidays, and a $500 annual continuing education stipend.
