Job Overview

Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to join our team at our headquarters in Hyderabad. This is a senior-level, full-time position that requires a strategic leader to align HR initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong hold on employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR planning, playing a crucial role in supporting our diverse workforce across multiple states.

Qualifications And Skills

  • MBA (Human Resources) from a reputed institute (Tier 2 & 3).
  • Strategic HR Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys long-term goals.
  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and improving employer-employee relationships through effective communication and grievance resolution.
  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management frameworks to enhance productivity.
  • Talent Acquisition: Strong skills in recruiting and retaining top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Organizational Development: Experience in evaluating and improving organizational structures and procedures for optimal efficiency.
  • HR Compliance: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Change Management: Expertise in planning and executing change management strategies to address evolving business requirements.
  • Leadership Development: Capability to mentor and develop leadership skills across various levels of management.
  • Prior experience in financial services industry preferred.
  • Candidates should be aged between 40-45 years.

  • Spearhead talent acquisition and retention strategies to enhance the organizations workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives focused on organizational development and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to build robust management capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all aspects of HR management and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of Telugu (written and spoken) will be an added advantage
