Job Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed construction plans and schedule in line with the overall project scope, schedule, budget and resources availability.
- Weekly liquidation plan. Analysis of the critical path
- Coordination with project team, construction supervision team and contractors.
- Preparation and issuance of the Construction Weekly Report. Prepare & update of the progress #S# curve.
- Shortfall analysis and report construction delays. Escalate critical issues. Prepare catch-up/recovery plans.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with project team and construction team and monitor liquidation of action items.
- Review and monitor the contractor equipment, manpower resource deployment.
- Contractor performance measurement.
- Change Orders management.
- Monitor the BOQ of the contractors through the information provided by site construction supervision team, detecting any deviations and assessing its impact on schedule.
- Managing running accounts bills on regular basis. Coordination with site construction supervision team for bill verification.
- Monitor Quality statics and HSE statistics.
- Encourage teamwork, maintaining and fostering collaboration between different Project areas.
- Facilitate and support project reconciliation and close-out activities
Experience Required
- Overall experience of ~12 years in construction planning
- With desirable experience of minimum 5 years of projects in Hydrocarbon industry i.e. Process plants & Cross-Country Oil-Gas Pipelines
