Patient Safety Analyst

As a Patient Safety Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing our commitment to safety. You will oversee the review and monitoring of patient safety incidents, using data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement through our event reporting system.

In this role, you will work closely with leaders and clinical teams to standardize the response to safety events, develop actionable improvement plans, and help drive progress towards our quality objectives. You will be an advocate for a “just culture,” emphasizing the importance of event reporting, conducting thorough reviews, implementing recommendations, and sharing insights to strengthen system-wide practices.

This position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as strategic involvement in planning, developing, and evaluating organizational processes to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement in patient safety standards.
