Job Title: Creative Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote (PST Time zone)

Salary Range: up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Recruiter to identify and hire top-tier video editors, directors, motion graphics artists, and influencer marketing coordinators in Argentina. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the creative industry, and the ability to evaluate candidates for technical and logical capabilities using specific tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Recruit top-tier creative talent, including video editors, directors, and motion graphics artists.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records and candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the creative or marketing industries.
  • Skills: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), excellent organizational and evaluation skills.
  • Technical Tools: Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of candidates.

  • Experience in creative recruitment or familiarity with the creative industry.
  • Experience creating social media videos — strong plus
  • Experience managing a small team — strong plus
