Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases with accurate information.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align talent acquisition strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and innovative sourcing methods to optimize recruitment practices.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
