Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities by ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior HR professionals to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
