Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and building a strong candidate pipeline to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements to ensure maximum visibility and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Resume Screening: Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Candidate Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes and attract top talent.
Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports to track hiring metrics and performance.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting the organization’s culture and values to prospective candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
