I. Job Summary

WM is looking for Talent Acquisition, Assistant Manager to manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Collect and analyzes TA data, assists the TA Manage with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management. This role requires an individual to work autonomously while also providing guidance to the team. It is not solely a managerial position.

II. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder & Vendor management with regards to talent acquisition
  • Source, recruit and network using LinkedIn, job boards, and social networking to recruit candidates.
  • Source, qualify, submit to job, document in ATS, set up interviews and extend offers.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and requisition posting.
  • Use of ATS recruiting database to track, schedule, and interview prospective candidates.
  • Manage salary negotiations, present job offers, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR staffers and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

This role may require supervising direct team members however this is not a full managerial position, the incumbent should be open to work as an individual contributor.

Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor or Master Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Specialized in Fintech hirings.
  • Experience in bulk / fresher hiring
  • Exposure to US/UK working environment is preferred.
  • Should be comfortable with complete work from office.
