THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Senior Manager to join our team at CMA CGM RDC SA. As a Sales Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree (min) in Shipping Business or other related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a management sales role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
