Client Greeter – Office Assistant
COMPENSATION: Starting at $18hr – $20hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer inbound service calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
- Respond to emails
- Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support
- Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers
Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.
- MUST be customer oriented
- EXCELLENT phone skills
- Ability to anticipate customer’s needs and ask probing questions
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
- Monday: 7:15am – 7:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Wednesday: (OFF)
- Thursday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 10:45am – 7:00pm
- Saturday: 7:45am – 3:30pm or 9:45am – 6.00pm (Rotating)
