What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and manage new patient referrals from clients
• Create and maintain patient charts with accurate medical information
• Assist Care Coordinators with various patient needs as required
• Foster positive relationships within the team to maintain a supportive work environment
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support departmental goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active and in good standing Medical Assistant certificate
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues
• Proven time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a healthcare setting managing patient information
