Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while dealing with customers.
Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
